All deliveries within
Spain are sent by MRW and for deliveries overseas we use DHL,
the world’s leading courier service.
Deliveries take from 48 hours, within Spain, to 5 days, for the
rest of the world
Goods are delivered within a maximum of 3 days within Spain, and
6 days for the rest of the world
Clarification:
In the event that, due to causes beyond Tauromaquia.S.L control,
delivery time exceeds the aforementioned maximum period,
Tauromaquia.S.L. will not be held liable and therefore this will
not give cause for any claim whatsoever, notwithstanding which
we will supply the details of the transport company.
Guarantee and
returns:
If you were not satisfied with your purchase from Tauromaquia
S.L., you may return the product within a period of 7 days, as
from the date of reception. Shipping costs and collection
charges for returns will always be to the account of the client.
To return a product, this must always be in perfect condition
and in its original packing.
Once we have received the goods and checked their condition, we
will reimburse the amount by bank transfer.
Return of products not in proper hygiene and sanitary conditions
for consumption without entailing a health risk, will be
accepted as long as we receive notification within 7 days of
their reception, all expenses being to the account of
Tauromaquia.S.L
