    • Your card may have expired. Please check that your card is still valid.
    • You may have entered some information incorrectly.

    • You need to have a credit card registered in the secure online payment system with your bank, so that your bank sends you a code before finishing the payment.


  • Can I include my company’s details on my invoice?

Yes. Simply fill in the business details whilst going through the purchase process, on the purchase form.

  • Can I order Tax-free?

Yes, if you leave outside the European union, the system will automatically deduct VAT taxes once you register with your address.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card on Tiendatoro?

Yes, because all data transmitted are SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to authorize the purchase.
